Aston Carter Complaints Administrator in Santa Clara, California

Description:

  • Large medical device company is hiring an Administrative Specialist!

  • This specialist will focus on reviewing, documenting, and resolving product complaints

  • Product complaints are received and will be assigned.

  • Perform necessary follow up via email or phone to investigate complaint and understand what happened.

  • Document findings and log complaint in QMS system (Verge) and perform reporting determination of what happened to patient if any.

  • Comprehensive reviews of case.

  • Responsible for 10 - 15 a week and complaints have investigation timelines of 60 days. (First 5 days are most critical)

Skills:

  • Clerical support

  • Administrative support

  • Complaints handling

  • Microsoft Office

  • Quality management system

Experience Level:

  • Administrative experience within the medical device industry

  • Experience with compliant handling within the medical device industry
