About the Role:

We’re looking for a Sales Ops & Strategy Associate to serve as the business partner supporting our Digital Native & Emerging Markets’ sales leaders in North America. This role will drive business-critical initiatives to improve performance and efficiency and provide vital sales metrics, in-depth business analytics, and recommendations to the leadership team. The ideal candidate is a leader who has both strong analytical and communication skills.

MST or PST timezone preferred

What You Will Do:

• Business partnership and collaboration with Digital Native & Emerging Markets’ sales leaders (including cross-functional leaders and teams)

• Annual fiscal planning - Sales coverage, territory carving, and quota setting

• Weekly forecast and pipeline analytics & cadences

• Sales methodology and sales processes standardization, adoption, and refinement

• Field communications, In-depth business analytics, and recommendations to leadership team

What You Will Bring:

• BA/BS degree preferred

• 2-4 years of Sales Operations experience, preferably in a SaaS/cloud company

• Experience with Salesforce.com CRM functionalities and advanced modeling skills with excel / g-sheets required

• Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey ideas and information in written and verbal form to a variety of audiences

• Endless curiosity and a need to dive deeper into understanding

• Ability to display diplomatic and remarkable interpersonal skills with colleagues and other partners

• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau and ability to build dashboards is a plus

This position has an annual estimated salary of $98,500 - $115,740 USD, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
