Job Summary

To provide a high quality professional service to our customers by assisting them in solving problems, or support with multiple requests regarding the client’s products and services, via various communication channels such as social media, chat, email and phone calls.

Responsibilities:

● Provide “best in class” customer experience on every customer interaction.

● Resolve customer issues through effective troubleshooting.

● Ability to multitask using a number of recourse's while communicating effectively with customers to research and resolve issues in a timely manner.

● Be enthusiastic about the product and an ambassador for our client

● Serve as the voice of the client brand helping to address customer concerns, complaints, requests, and resolve issues with accuracy via chat and email

● Ability to seamlessly manage multiple chat conversations with customers, including research and documenting the interaction

● Target driven and results focused

● Contribute to a positive work environment

● Be an articulate, concise and effective communicator

● Accurately and thoroughly document issues and resolutions

● Managing the day-to-day activities of multiple social media accounts including writing responses to be used across multiple social networks

● Escalate or flag marketing or Public Relation issues as appropriate

Experience / Requirements

● Passionate about delivering a positive customer experience and exceeding expectations using positive language.

● Strong reading, written and verbal communication skills

● Strong interpersonal skills

● Strong analytical and problem solving skills

● Proactive, self motivated, able to work using own initiative

● Experience troubleshooting devices such as iOS, Android, Smart TVs and game consoles

Job Details

We do operate in a call centre environment and work Monday - Sunday, and our opening hours are: 09:00 - 22.00.

Full-time, 3 months Temporary contract 37.5 hours per week

TRAINING

Full on site PAID training is provided. The training is 2 weeks class room based, and requires complete attendance.

Salary £11.44 per hour / £22308.00 per year, paid Monthly
