CA Technologies Marketing Operations Analyst in Massachusetts, United States

This position is responsible for providing marketing operations support for several of the following categories: data import into marketing automation system, marketing systems and processes, marketing efficiency and effectiveness improvements, and competitive benchmarking of marketing best practices for implementation and overall project management. This position will allow to work across multiple areas of marketing department and gain experience with programs such as Marketo, Salesforce and JIRA.

Experience in Marketo or a related software is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead list imports from Demand Generation campaigns, Tradeshows etc.

Determine levels of marketing efficiency, effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Knowledge of data analysis

Provide support for marketing systems, including, but not limited to, strategy, planning, demand generation, digital asset management systems, marketing campaign management, marketing program repository.

Provide support for marketing metrics reporting

Streamline and improve marketing processes and reporting in the field.

Traffic Management:

Ability to recognize conflict and support conflict resolution through collaboration and consensus.

Facilitation skills to interaction between individual team members and teams.

Able to facilitate different approaches to typical Agile work (story sizing approaches, different Retrospective techniques, etc.).

Maintain a healthy interaction between individual team members and teams.

Demonstrated Agile behaviors, embracing Agile Principles in relentless improvement and a sense of urgency.

Ability to make decisions independently such as:

Reprioritize and manage workload.

Work with team members to enhance Agile practices.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in Marketing, Finance or a business related discipline.

Work Experience:

2 or more years of related professional marketing experience, preferably with a software company

A year of Marketo or another MAP experience a plus

Desired Skills/Experience:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification

Skills & Competencies:

At least one year of experience in Marketo or related Marketing Automation tool

Able to work on a small, cohesive team and to complete projects independently

Great attention to detail, focus, and a keen observer a must

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to listen, solve problems, maintain flexibility and meet deadlines

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Understanding of demand generation, digital marketing and enterprise sales methodology is preferred

Exceptional project management and organizational skills, including developing and delivering on projects.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
