  • The Role:*

The EMEA marketing function is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities within all regions of EMEA to generate awareness, create demand, accelerate pipeline and retain customers. The Regional Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in company’s demand generation initiatives in EMEA. This role will help support the growth and strategic development of the CA Veracode field marketing programs focused on market development, demand generation, market education, and customer community. In this role you will liaise with internal and external teams to implement marketing initiatives and drive utilization to meet corporate sales objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:*

  • Develop and execute localized demand generation activities

  • Manage and execute tradeshows and CA Veracode hosted events including planning, pre-event campaigns, onsite support and tracking of response metrics

  • Oversee the design and content of email nurture campaigns in conjunction with the Campaigns team (located in US HQ)

  • Liaise with Campaigns team on search and social campaigns for priority territories

  • Build relationships with regional account executives and sales directors to align marketing initiatives and help meet sales objectives.

  • Support the growth and development of the Veracode Community within the region.

  • Manage budget to support related field marketing activities and expenses.

  • Manage external vendors assisting with demand generation such as content syndication groups, marketing agencies, event companies and fulfilment agencies.

  • Requirements, Skills and Experience:*

  • Experience in supporting and executing field marketing programs, preferably in the enterprise software industry.

  • Experience in marketing solutions across multiple geographies. Understanding of indirect channels a major plus.

  • Experience driving consistent field adoption of marketing campaigns.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build highly effective relationships and trust with sales organizations as well as engage senior executives.

  • Strong customer focus and business orientation.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to participate in cross-functional teams and interact virtually.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in metrics tracking.

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Understanding of Marketo and SalesForce.com a plus.

  • Flexibility, team spirit, curiosity and a sense of humor. We work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where cultural fit is just as important as skill fit.

  • Ability to travel approximately 10-15%
