The Role:

WTW’s International Property Team sits within the Global Markets P&C Hub. This team leads and supports our globally connected approach to P&C broking, working in close partnership with colleagues and clients around the World.

At a particularly exciting time in our evolution, this role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Broker to join the team and be an integral part of leading the development of our proven value proposition.

As a senior team member, in a high-profile role, you will be responsible for supporting our International Broking Strategy, delivering on commitments made and growing the business. In order to be successful, you will be given full support to achieve clearly defined goals.

The role will focus on working closely with our network of International offices & liaising with senior leadership within the Property teams to manage new business opportunities and pipelines. You will also be expected to provide intellectual input into new business opportunities and RFPs.

The Requirements:

Reporting directly to the Head of International Property, the ideal candidate will have significant experience in the production, placement and servicing of International business. As a seasoned broker, ideally you will have strong existing relationships with strategic insurers (Lloyds & Company) and be willing to guide, support and mentor other colleagues within the wider team, using your experience to assist with challenging placements and growth objectives.
