Work you'll do:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a client engagement team, which includes program and project management, developing frameworks and methodologies for risk or threat analysis, creating policies and procedures, and serving as a subject matter advisor on energy sector critical infrastructure security. This position will be instrumental in the development of a new program that adopts a collaborative approach to threat analysis across both government and industry.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating planning and analysis activities across government and industry program participants to arrive at actionable analytic insights.

  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, government agencies, and other external partners to ensure alignment of risk management strategies.

  • Develop approaches to monitor emerging threats and vulnerabilities in energy sector critical infrastructure, and proactively takes steps to mitigate potential risks.

  • Provides technical guidance and advice to other teams within the organization, as well as external partners, on security-related matters.

  • Participates in industry groups and regulatory bodies to stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging threats in the field of energy sector critical infrastructure protection.

  • Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and risks related to the implementation of the program.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Active TS w/ SCI eligibility required

  • Must be able to work on site in Denver, CO

  • 5+ years of project or program management

  • 1+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity, critical Infrastructure or cyber risk.

  • 1+ years of experience in project or program management supporting the energy sector

    Preferred:

  • 1+ years of prior professional services or federal consulting experience

  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)

This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875.00 to $163,125.00.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
