The Aquatics Department at PRO Club is looking to hire Lifeguards for a variety of shifts. There may be opportunities for other positions as well (swim instructor, camp instructor, family fun night lifeguard).Schedule: 15+ hrs/week

• Responsible for preventative life guarding of the pool, performing safe and effective rescues as necessary, and offering members World Class Customer service.

• Complete daily checklist including pool maintenance, operations, water balance, cleaning, etc.

• Ensuring the aquatics areas are “show-ready” for our members at all times.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• You have at least 2 years pool experience (Life guarding or equivalent), with basic knowledge of pool chemistry, pool operations and pool maintenance.

• You know American Red Cross (ARC) Aquatic rescue procedures and protocols and are ARC Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR certified.

• Thinking on your feet, you handle challenges like a PRO with a strong sense of urgency for resolution and improvement.

• Your positive attitude shines through and you consistently demonstrate a strong oral and written communication skills with all guests and cast members in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
